IF YOU WANT TO MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN, START HOLDING JUDGES & LAWYERS ACCOUNTABLE FOR THEIR DECISIONS
PART 1 in the series - "Three Things That Will Turn America Around"
Zephaniah 3:3 ~ “Her princes in her midst are roaring lions; Her judges are evening wolves That leave not a bone till morning.”
Public school teachers and administrators are afraid to manhandle an out of control student that smacks his teacher in the face. In past decades, the student would have had been put in his place by some of the male teachers and students in the school. Rather than fearing litigation, the administration would have called the student’s father and the kid would have received another butt kicking when he got home. Yes, there’s probably not a father in the home, and that problem is also related to the courts.
Venue owners are afraid to say “no” to a request from the LGBTQ community to use their facilities — even though SCOTUS has ruled that people have the right to refuse services if it violates their religious beliefs. In years past, if business owners did not want to offer services, for whatever reason, that was the end of the story. It’s their business, they can do what they want. Let the community, not the courts, decide how to respond to the decisions business owners make.
A father is afraid to take action against a pervert that has abused his young child. When our nation was strong, pedophiles were not put on a sex-offender registries for the community to check out and see where they live. Once it was determined by a community that a person was abusing kids, the person was usually hanging on a tree before the week came to a close — but not today.
A former president on the campaign trail is dragged into court to interfere with the election process. Why? Because the judicial system in America is tainted with political activism and racism. We should have seen the problem coming. You can’t combat activism and racism with more activism and racism. People like Letitia James and Alvin Bragg are exacerbating the problems with the U.S. court system. James is the first black person and first woman to serve as the New York Attorney General. What does she do with her power? She abuses it for personal and political gain. Why? Because she has been indoctrinated with the racist mentality that people of power, particularly white people with power, unashamedly push their agendas and oppress others. Thus, when she has power, she unashamedly pushes her agenda and oppresses others. I’ve never talked with James but I would bet she supports, affirmative action, DEI, and 1619. Those agendas are completely dysfunctional. Thus, putting people in power that support those agendas introduces dysfunction at the highest levels of the U.S. judicial system.
What do all the above scenarios have in common? Answer: the U.S. Court system allows people, even presidents, to be sued for asinine reasons. The American judicial industry protects deviant incivility and punishes decent citizens. These are signs of a society that is in trouble. How did we get to this place? Answer: By allowing judges and lawyers hold everyone in society accountable for their decisions — yet not be held accountable for their own decisions. That makes zero sense. For example, why would we overly scrutinize cops with respect to their split second decisions made in extremely high stress environments when, at same time, we do not hold judges and lawyers accountable for the decisions they make?
